A positive health and safety culture is one in which the importance of health and safety is fully recognized and integrated into all aspects of an organization's operations. It is a culture in which health and safety is considered a top priority and is given the same level of attention and resources as other key business functions.
In a positive health and safety culture, there is a strong commitment to preventing accidents and injuries, and all employees are expected to play a role in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This commitment is reflected in the policies, procedures, and practices of the organization, and it is supported by the leadership and management of the organization.
